Global Partners Program
The Global Partners Program introduces international professionals to U.S. organizations through prearranged practical training programs. This program was established to assist American companies and organizations to bring international professionals to the U.S. for training and to assist individuals who have secured a training placement with U.S. based organizations. Although our Global Partners Program is geographically restricted to within 150 miles of Columbus, OH, through our affiliation with CIPUSA a placement can be facilitated virtually anywhere in the U.S. Training programs range from 1 to 18 months in length. The trainee or the training site is responsible for arranging the training program and finances for the trainee's stay in the U.S. including living, insurance, and transportation arrangements and costs. We can assist the participant with their J-1 sponsorship and support to complete the process. Global Partners Program Placements: We work to design quality training programs for Global Partner Trainees in a variety of fields (business, education, social work, government/law, non-profit management, etc). Past training sites include:

U.S. State Department Information: The J-1 trainee visa is one of several visas offered through The U.S. State Department's Bureau of Cultural & Educational Affairs' Exchange Visitor Program. This program provides countless opportunities for international candidates looking to travel and gain experience in the United States. The multifaceted programs enable foreign nationals to come to the U.S. to demonstrate special skills and receive on the job training for different periods of time. Such programs are also intended to increase participants' understanding of American culture and society and to enhance Americans' knowledge of foreign cultures and skills through an open interchange of ideas between participants and their American associates. A key goal of the Fulbright-Hays Act, which authorizes these programs, is that participants will return to their home countries and share their experiences with their countrymen.
